Ok, You have a good start...if you study up a little on anatomy, and take your time with the painting you'll be fine.

Yeah, it's extremely hard to give advice when there are so many problems present, I don't mean to be harsh about it. For begginers, her ear is too close to her face, and her nose needs to be pushed out more. And the hair could use more detail.
