Very nice, especially the face!
The hands look a bit weird though, her right hand in particular. They look like they're of different sizes.
I like the face a lot, but it looks a bit like it was pasted on the background. I think it would look better if you added a shadow under and to the side of her right cheek and chin?

actually i was planning to put some background in but.. i'm easily satisfied (and lazy) so.. gradient will do just fine for me
