what did you think?
i hate going to movies that want you to cry. this one was directly amied at the oscars, and in my opinon it shouldnt get one.
russel crowe was great in this movie, but thats really the only reason worth seeing it.
but im a harsh critic. |

I thought it was incredible. I think he deserves an Oscar, hands down.
It was really gripping. I cried... like three times. If you're looking for something unique, check it out. I realize my opinion can't exactly be considered the cream of the crop among movie reviewers. However, I know what I like; and I liked this.

i saw Jennifer Colleny on Dave Letterman....show and she was extremely beautiful, i guess this is the reason why this movie is doing so well. |

I haven't seen the movie (and probably won't), but I hate movies that try to pull your heartstrings. I have been known to laugh out loud at a tender moment when the hero is dying in his lover's arms and everyone else in the theatre is sobbing hysterically. Maybe I'm too cynical, but I can't help it, I guess that's just my nature... |

Its not quite that kind of movie Kantide.. its a movie about a brilliant mathematician who's become lost in schizophrenia. This is a movie based on a real person and his wife, who helped him through it. |
