Just a lighting exercise of sorts. I drew a sketch from a photo, but lost the photo before I got started on the coloring, so I had to play it by ear. This is about as finished as it's gonna get.
Crits and comments are welcome.

Krom, nice work man. i think that there should be a shadow on her hair. More than just below her ear, but on the side of her head as well.
it's crutial to keep lighting consistant this way. From what I read, the lighting does more for the form than anything. Everything is subserviant to the shadows and highlights. The rest I like. I like the idea.

smothered- Thanx. I fiddled with the hair a bit. Still not perfect, but I don't want to mess with this pic any more. Time to get started on a new pic... |
