looks like one of girls from OhMyGoddess. I dig the design of the gold transparent wings. For my personal taste, I think if there's a sunlight beaming on her, and have the whole piece have a bit more contrast in the shadow and color would create a more heavenly look. but that's just my take on it.

Hey very cool.
Don't know if you wanted any crits but maybe you could add an electronic pattern to her wings. Like a maiboard or something.
HEHE I just saw that pattern tutorial you did, that's why I am mentioning it.
