For some reason he reminds me of the flash with those shoes.
Pero me gusta de todas maneras, aunque nunca habia visto a Superman con el pelo tan corto ![](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) |

Yeah, I a experimenting with the coloring and trying to find a way to combine the more traditional comic coloring with the painted look tho' it's rather difficult |

I like the drawing and the colors, but I don't know if it's because I'm a huge Superman fan or for some other reason, but I don't like the concept at all...I kinda hate it
I mean, the best thing about big blue is his "S" shield, no matter how you mess with the rest, you gotta have the "S" shield, also the hair kills it, he's supposed to have an "S" shapped curl, and a cape wouldn't hurt either. lol, it looks like it's gonna be "The Ambiguously Gay Trio" from now on
Overall, if you hadn't say it was "Superman" no one would have been able to identify him, it looks like a regular dude you would see walking down the street. Sorry, I love the style but I hate the concept. |

Hah, it's great! It's a fun idea that I've definitively haven't seen elsewhere before.
And as for gay... if I saw a guy in blue spandex and a red cape, with slick black hair and this single blue lock of hair falling across his forehead (WITHOUT having seen anything about Superman before), I would think that guy looked more gay than this one. Honestly. The original Superman costume is hilarious if you examine it more closely... especially those boots... I giggle just thinking about it. (Not saying there's anything wrong with being gay, here, nor that there's anything wrong with Superman... but face it... his costume doesn't exactly look normal).
Aaaanyway. Neat concept, good work, kudos and all that =) |

The original idea 4 the costume was what would I wear if I were a superhero? It is the same idea as in the movie UNBREAKABLE but thinking about a comic book it had to be sth visually more impactant... at the end I thought that I would probably would wear some kind of sport outfit with a stylish logo |

Well, the reason why Superman wears tights is because clothes that are tight to his skin do not tear, that's why his cape always tears up but the costume stays on, with a few exceptions by some artists.
Most heros wear tights, there's nothing gay about it.
If I was a superhero I would probably wear something tight, but not too tight, definetely long sleeve and cool boots. |
