HELP ME!!!

I think I am in a pickle and I need help on getting out of it.

You know that part in Good Will Hunting where Ben Affleck goes in to court and totally destroys the judge? I don't quite remember it either, but he was a genius and had so much info on his case that he got off due to some technicality. I NEED TO DO THIS!

As a senior prank in some friends and I decided to take part in a food fight. Out of 100 people involved 5 of us got caught (note to self: having green hair doesn't help your chances of getting picked out of a crowd) Ok so we clean the entire cafeteria and apologize (without being told to) to all the custodians and lunch ladies. We are then suspended for 5 days. I already think this is kind of unfair. (considering breaking a kids nose in a fight or dealing speed gets the same punishment) but I took that punishment just because I did make the choice to do an immature thing.

Today I find out I am being charged criminally. They are deciding either on third degree riot or some other generic disturbing the peace crime. I have looked up some stuff and only found recent cases that have set precedence. What is happening in my case is above all other cases, even though what actually happened was less severe.

If anyone out there knows law, or has helpful advice on what to do please help. I think what they are doing is going MUCH too far for something that didn't harm anyone. I don't know what the best way of going about any of this is.

or ... that you were a victim of a malicious conspiracy by the leader of the airheads ( the football captain) who for personal reasons chose you as a target because you stand out and will not conform to the normalcy of other all american kids. This in turn will strenghten his image as someone who care about the future of young americans.

In thirty years he will be the president ... so you better do your utmost to expose him now ...

If you have camera surveillance in your canteen ... you might have to attempt to destroy some evidence ... you can learn to pick locks by searching for "lockpic bible" on google ....

Point out the fact that the school is wasting the court's time and tax payers' money. School are always asking for more money and now it's wasting money on something minor that did not need judicial interference. This will either make the judge happy and have him the the hell out of the school distric, or you'll piss everyone off fucking youself over.

Can't you get some help from someone? I mean..don't you have offices for that where you can get free advice on matters like these?
