Sometimes when you really want something, you already have it...or maybe i'm just lucky! I've been drawing with my mouse for a long time now, on and off...and i've wanted a Wacom 6x8 intuos more than anything !
The funny thing is, i've had a summagraphics 12x12 tablet for years! It's been in my closet all this time, because I thought it was too outdated, and I thought it only worked for autocad. To my surprise..2 days ago, i plugged it into my computer, downloaded a snappy new 99 driver from www.calcomp.com (the new summagraphics company) and IT WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!
Now i have a snazzy 12x12 tablet...and although it might not have 1024 pressure levels like a wacom...i don't even know if it has pressure levels actually! But it works great for drawing...although i don't have any tablet drawing skills, i'm practicing ...so i should be producing some good work in the future!

I might still pick up a wacom ...i scored a new job in an office...but i'd like to test it out first. What do you guys think ?
Should I invest in a 6x8 Intuos later on?
What's the big difference anyways!
