It shows the vulnerability of the female form in it's most precious state. It's a symbol of how women are viewed in today's society from the neck down. It's power is derived from the use of - umm... no ok, I just felt like drawing colorful nudie girls

Started out as a pen and ink drawing and I decided to scan it in and make it funky. I was just in a colorful mood I suppose

Here's the original:

I dont generally reply to the nude posts but..... :/

anyways... I think the form is done quite well and It really reminds me of Andy Warhol. (only better)

seems a little different than you usually do... but we all gotta stretch ourselves right?

I really enjoy how you used the feminine curvatures. Very interesting to see a print style artsie fartsie peice here and there. Good job.

I didn't expect that most people here would enjoy a picture like this. Well I like it

Awe - My ink drawings generally have this look every time, but I don't use ink a whole lot. As for the color part, I wouldn't say that's anywhere near my "style"... but I don't really think I've developed a style yet either

Phil - Thanks. Artsy fartsy can be fun sometimes

Excellent linework Jezebel, your interpretation of the female form is very good, i love the flowing lines.
The second piece, the portrait, is great too. Kinda reminds me of John Lennon?!

Like the line weights on the first pictures. Don't understand what all that colorful stuff is though

Just thought I would throw this in here since I don't think it's worthy of it's own thread. Something else I did with ink today (cleaned up in PS)... I was trying to do a characature of someone with really distinct features. It didn't come out very exaggerated though so it's more of a portrait Oh well... hehe....

Making John Lennon (you were right Neeb ) into a link because I don't like it very much, hehehe. But I'll leave it here for people to check out if they really want. It was just a 10 minutes thing so it's not supposed to be great. Ah well

I thought it was a bloody good likeness to John Lennon. Also, if I guessed it right, it must've been a good portrait, don't you think? Anyway, I liked it, it was obvious it was a quick piece, but you did it well.

I do like it. Nicely rendered, but does the shoulder look a little pulled out of joint there? I dunno, it's a little dislocated for my tastes. Otherwise, well done! ;} Variety is good for the soul, and I like your try at this new style for you. ;}

John Lennon eh?. . . .I would have said Liam Gallagher. It's very good though. Niceness.
