for those of you who make animated gifs a lot, what program do you use or what do you think is the best program for making animated gifs?

Adobe Imageready, definitely. Has great optimization options, a very inituitive timeline and comes bundled with PS5.5.

Hey Denn,

I use ImageReady sometimes, but for some reason my utility of choice is Gif Construction Set, it's kinda oldschool, but it works well. I guess I'm just used to it.

i use a program called Gif Movie Gear - its very small, simple, intuitive, and suits my needs very well.
