This one is inspired by a friend of mine... she is a programmer and actually she the only one female C++ programmer I know.
In the image there's no photos, everything is drawn from scratch + tons of textures + tons of layers.

It's a little samll, so we cant see it too clearly. Nice job , without useing photo's! I would have thought straight away 'photo-manip' if you hadn't said anything. The dark area, or shadow on the lower right of her lips, seems a bit weird because it sort of intrudes onto the face from the background. I like your text.. pretty cool, simple yet effective. I like the mud cracked texture at the top. Aha! now I can see the programmer bit and the hand aswell... Cool nice idea the way she is pointing. The borders are ok, but... look weird posted here againts the blue/green sijun background. Just be careful where you use it, and where it gets framed..

A bit biggger next time so we can see!
