i would work more on the light source and the contours of the face. as it stands now she comes off kinda cartoonish, if thats what youre going for. dont be afraid to get some darker darks and lighter lights in there as well as some color...please, give me color...anyway keep it up, you will improve, no doubt. peace.

Nice drawing.
I'll assume, at the risk of being wrong, that you're going for realism, not a very stylized look, and if so my comments would be:
The neck is too thin and set too far forward, the mouth is too low, and the skull above the forehead should probably be larger, higher.
Here's a good link for practise advice I found on Quaternius's site: http://quaternius.critical-depth.net/better.html
If you feel like practicing painting as well as drawing heads, there's a wonderful topic in this forum right now called Heads for dr. bang by Spooge Demon, check it out.

Well, thanks for the comments from everybody. I did indeed see that post and have been practising as it has said. I'll leave this image as it is, and go to new attempts. I try not to get stuck on one picture for too long... Anyway, thanks for the suggestions and I will certainly work on faces, its been way too long since I last attempted this 3/4 view
