Hey dudes. I got some warm greys a while ago but haven't done a drawing with them until this past week. I decided to try my hand at something architectural instead of figurative for a change, so here it is.

wow how long did this take you? It looks great, Very clean and nice texture. The bench down in the bottom left is my favorite part of the whole thing.

Very, very nice, Bombesei. The right side of the drawing looks a little bit unfinished to me. Maybe addig some tone to make clearer the transition from the trees to the sky could help, I don't now.

Wow, this is spectacular. My eyes seem to have a problem with the bench. I realize that the back of it is probably slanted like that in reality, but it looks out of perspective somehow. I guess my eye just expects something different than it is actually seeing.

Anyway, it looks awesome, do you have more stuff?

Beautiful work. I've been studying layout artwork lately trying to learn more about staging. This piece is wonderful and makes me want to run to park and start sketching. Show us more!

Thanks for the replies and compliments It took me about 7 or 8 hours over a week or so. The right side bothers me a bit also, how it's so blank while the rest is finished. I just didn't know what to do with that huge open space above the trees. That'll be something to work on next time, concentrating on composition more I guess. I could even try to mess around with in photoshop to explore the possibilities of tones in that area of the sky.

Fantastic! I feel that almost I seem to step into this picture...

I like the signs & the flags... and the trees, especially. Open space above the trees?.. hum... one of my imagination, boys or girls are climbing to the trees, and playing with the birds together... ? Aw, that's only my personal taste.
