PS. Keep in mind that this site is designed for 800x600, as most of my visitors are not artists with 17"+ monitors

Nevertheless I added a wallpaper section for some higher res stuff.

Very nice artwork. I especially liked your interactive images. To be honest, however, I found the site layout a little bland. At 800X600, I think you could still increase the size of your title and your link icons. The Tutorials icon in particular looks squashed in. Perhaps the icons that light up on the side could be ditched to make room, they seem unnecessary. Also, a plane somewhere on the home page as a teaser would be nice - to catch the browsers attention and give them a feel for whats in store.

The layout did seem kinda bland though, but there were some nice models in there.

You have a very good start with the page. The thing is like it was said before it is very bland. Learn all your space. Keep the eye moving around the page, kind of like when drawing a picture. Try adding a different color box for your text or just saying news and a box around it. Make your banner much bigger and keep adding to it. Looking good. Good luck with your page.
