Nice so far, but some critics... The Hulk is to small, it looks like Cap is as big as the Hulk, wich is normaly the size of two normal heros. The shadows are a bit edgy and on the leg of spidy they look a bit strange...all in all a nice shoot with a very dynamik Spiderman.

Hulk is definately too small and caps hands are HUGE...must be a real good catch for the ladies... Also his pose is off. it looks like your drawing the majority of his body with his left side turned slightly away, but the left shoulder sticks way out and his neck is way too close to his right shoulder.
Great overall picture though, good effort throughout.

How Mad! of you

I really like it, but I would point out a couple of things to make it kick ass:

(when I say right or left, I take it from the viewer's pov)

Hulk: Redraw the head, fix the hands... While you're at it, why not resize him a bit?

Cap: "Freedom Prevails!" Yeah, whatever...

Wolvie: Align his conehead, thinner left leg, fix the right claws (more curvy, they have no depth), fix his right leg from the knee down (weird line), fix and position correctly the stomach muscles

Spider-man: fix the shading and shape of his left leg, and make his right sock end further up

well, ok, that's more of "a couple", but still a great piece of art! These are merely my suggestions, its your choice

Something that may help you spotting errors would be to mirror the image in Photoshop and see what's wrong...

Keep it up!
