Good sketch.. arms are a little small.. you need to make them still look strong, but keep them small, within the style..

I agree with collisomo. His face is great, but the arms could look stronger.

*looks at his drawing again* MAN, am I glad I feel better now...

Thanks for the comments guys, I will try to see if I can improve the arms, especially the one to the viewer's left (I see what you mean...ugh!)...
But for a 6-minute scetch, I'm fairly happy with what I captured here. I'll try expanding on the style a bit.

If that hit your boss' head, there should be less blood on the mace. Remember his skull is full of water.

Lemme put it this way...

the reason it's not hitting my boss' head is because I don't have a boss, which is part of the reason why I made this drawing...

Well, after trying to do the arms right, I found myself using the eraser more than a pencil...Hangovers and drawing rarely mix.

Anyway, I just doodled a bit and this appeared...
