Methinks she's just had dinner.

Close up

(And as a complete sidenote: I'm a ditz. I got a phonecall, so I took a pause from drawing. When I got back, I couldn't get the pen to work... I tried to reboot, I tried to play around with the settings, and I was about to uninstall, and then install it again, when I noticed a second pen lying half hidden behind a glass.

For some reason, I had /not/ noticed that the pen I was trying to use was not the wacom pen. It was an ordinary, stupid pen... Grr... guess that's what I get for not sleeping properly!)

*snickers* I think that just might have sort of been the point, magicman.

I know I've already unloaded my thoughts on this into your lap, but... I just have to add that I think this might be one of my favourites of yours... there's something funny about the soft lighting that really makes me feel good.

*scampers around a bit, and then goes off for a tonguebath.*

only thing i see wrong is it looks a little unfinished. Maybe more detail to make it look less blurry

Enayla, your pictures are like your games

The GGGGRRRREEEAAAAAAATTT ('Tony' the Tiger "Frosties")
Oo her fur, ever so smooth.

Damn I love your pictures, I've even noticed them getting better

First of all let me say i enjoy your work very much...
Now, that been said, it seems to me that this feline is cross-eyed (each eye is looking at a different direction), that realy bothered my eye while looking at your image.
Another problematic issue is the fur (sp?)- her entire body seems smooth. Although it is probably the modified size of the image it's noticed.

Thats all...

The gesture looks like she is holding a mask an there may be something by far less beautiful behind; an unholy maneating nightmare! Hmm, maybe i should lay that lovecraft-book aside for a while...
As most of the time: feminine, beautiful and very well done work.

Very neato! Like the idea too!

Couple of things maybe worth looking into:

* make rthe moon emit light (brighter) - that gives you some nice backlit fur to play with where her outline intersects with the moon. and contrast never hurts. Don't go too wild, otherwise the light in her face starts competing with the moon

* there's something wrong with her waist on the left side - seems too round and to go out too far - but I'm not a character specialist, so take it witha grain of salt.
On the other hand, what I'm just thinking is: you wanted to make her limbs more 'webby' like real cats are ... stupid loki!

* her hand on the ground seems to be brighter than the feet next to it - maybe you did this because the feet are supposed to be more hairy than the hand - but it doesn't transport that way.

* if you want to spice it up, carefully place some somewhat irregular highlights on her bloody fingers. For me it's always a pain to find the right color for 'bloody' highlights, but I'm sure it won't be for you.

* the background rock and the clouds seem to be quite difficult to differentiate. You could carefully place some highlights on the rock. maybe?

All in all though - verrry schweeeeet!

This is a good departure for you. Nice composition and good colors. I know that after this one I definitely want to see you do more furry stuff or even a werewolf, maybe.

Very cool.

I love this one, different and feminine !!!
The only thing is that hand does not seem to touch the rock (lacking shadow may be...) or is it just me?

no crits on what's there, but i reckon you should add cast shadows on her... like how you had light on your mer pics... this time make it shadows falling on her through branches of a tree, or something more structured like rafters. hope that helps... or maybe i should try it myself before spouting off on someone else's pic! hehe

wayfinder: *purrrrrrr*
Magicman: Well... this might be because she is a female ;)
SlightlyTwisted: *winks and smiles*
Baerb: *laugh* Well, now that you mention it... kind of looks like a bowlingball! Eep!
Burn0ut: We'll see, we'll see ;D Thank you.
notic: Madonna? Nawww... does it really? Thanks though *chuckle*
A.Buttle: *wail*
stneil777: Actually... the picture is filled with detail, but you have to look very carefully ;)
Sacrelicious: Heheh, nothing wrong with a nice rowr!
v1510nAry: *Chuckles* That reminds me to come up with a new game. Thankee.
Goldwaser: Hm, will fix the eye, thanks!
Ax0: Oh yes you did =D
Frost: Mew =)
Gimbal8: Thanks!
Darklighter: I'm glad to hear that =) I put a lot of work into this one.
-Tepox- : *smiles* Charming, eh? *Cat hisses and spits*.......Errr....whatever you say ;D (thank you!)
kos.mandis: I sure will. Thanks!
Jaymo: Lovecraft rules =) Heheh... thanks.
Loki: Wheeeh, thanks for all the great advice! I'll look into fixing some of the things as soon as I get the time (tonight most likely). I've always had difficulties drawing blood I guess. I don't see it that much, except for in movies, and I always forget to look at how the reflections work.
Pixualize: A werewolf, eh? Well... who knows? =)
Hlid Skjalff: You might be quite right... I'll see if I can do something about that.
AprilYSH: Thanks =) I actually tried the shadow thing... problem was that it just looked muddled up across her stripes, so I decided to scrap the idea.

Well, that's it for now. Thanks everyone!

Nice, conveniently placed arm.. but it has to be to be in good taste..

I sort of agree with stneill777, he has a point that it looks a tad blurry.. it doenst always have to be 'tight' rendering.. but it doesn't look painterly either.. so thats why it looks kinda blurry..

anyway, just a quick comment.. cya

doubt you'll see this post.. too late again.. but I like this picture alot enayla.. lots of people have pointed out other stuff so Im only gonna say that I think the furthest arm needs more definition near the chest area.. other than that I like it... and I think the whole picture needs more contrast. but great work again.
