thx people glad you like them, the turret isnt finished yet, needs more dirt.
Tweeder: I usally start with a pencil drawing on 8x11. When i am ok with the drawing i take it down to the photocopier make a few copies to play with(in case i mess up which i do often).
Then i render one drawing with the markers. Now markers on photocopier paper bleed all over the place and will go straight though the paper, which is what we want because you dont get that marker banding and your colors look more even. When im done with the markers i decide what side of the paper i like best, since it bled through I have a choice: one with the penciles or without. The one with out can be very surprising it will look more painted then the other side. You can then through in some pencile or ink lines to help out.
Then i use a little white gouche for highlights, or watered down gouche to llighten a area.

unless i'm coloring a small area i can never get the colors to look so even. you're very good with them .. great work. |

I must say the picture you did in photoshop is making me WIZZ in my DEPENDZ! Simply awesome. The gun turrent on the underbelly has an interresting reflection on it. I can;t quite make it out. Spurs curiosity!
