Very quick pen & ink. I can't do much non-digital art these days, because of my shoulder--it is incredibly painful to draw on any surface larger than a Wacom tablet, because then I have to move said shoulder--but this only took half an hour or so. No problem for my shoulder. (Well...almost.)
Just thought I'd post it...I might do a digital version one of these days, but the work just keeps piling up...and my time is short. *Sigh*
Oh, and I'm not going to colour this drawing, so if anyone fancies a crack at it, be welcome. |

I was at your site not too long ago and I think all your pen and ink rat images are wonderful! This one included. Just thought I'd let you know

Really cool. In terms of Graphic Design, and visual interest the change in line thickness between the swirl background, and the fine lines on the rat is really effective. The change in tone created by the weight and proximity of ink is another way of putting it. |
