Here is a layout i did of the sixth installment (or third) of the ever-so-popular rpg series "Final Fantasy".. I originally did it on a peice of paper that was 11x7 i think, so this is actually quite shrunk up.
Just in case you forgot the characters or cant make them out (shame on you) here they are from left to right (top going first).
Terra, Edgar (whoo hoo thats my name), Sabin, Locke, and Celes.

Looks great, though I probably wouldn't have realized they were the FF6 characters if you hadn't mentioned it. Not that that matters very much, though. Great picture!

Hey that's cool, FF3/FF6(jap) was my second fav FF, FF2/FF4(jap) being the first, so I dig the subject matter. With that said there are many anatomical errors...Some of which I would have liked to point out but I'm somewhat in a hurry at the moment. One thing I can say is that life drawing and possibly a good anatomy book to improve on your perportions(sp?) would strengthen your artwork. Right now the pic and style looks like mutated Joe Madureira artwork, but you definately have potential to improve. Keep at it

:dino: well CT is my all time favorite rpg, but ff6(3) is my fav final fantasy. neways, yea i notice alot of my mistakes in anatomy, i guess i just need to work on it. Like Sabin's arm is ALL SCREWED UP. His right one is TOO long compared to left. Other than that, i notice NO other MAJOR mistakes, just little tid bits here and there. Plus i must admit, these mistakes wont happen as much if you pace yourself so your not tired. I mean, on this pic, i didnt tighten my pencils enough,... i just kinda freestyled it in pencil and inked it right off the bat. (i dont recommend this) I didnt straighten out my back and look at the whole picture (i was bent over, no i do not have a good desk for drawing) so i was too close to the pic to see mistakes. Maybe i just sound defensive, and im just making excuses.. oh well.. ill try not to repeat the same mistakes when i draw. As for room in potential, id agree, im only 15 years old. If you see any mistakes and have time to tell me about it... do tell. And thanks for the Crits.

Try mixing up the faces a bit...they've all got the same face. Best game of all time though, so I still like this. You should also study proportions of the anatomy a bit, you'll notice some parts are too large, and some are too small.

Keep it up tho, clean linework, good contrast in the line.

hey, im 15 too! yay, just one word of advise: please dont draw like Mad, take little traights of his, but please dont mimic him. i bet you'd feel much better if you dont in the future.
