Hey, here's something I made w/ PS a couple days ago....interestingly enough, I used female models for both figures. =)

Hehehe yeah, I wish....you'd think ppl would JUMP at the mention of sex, but nooooo....I guess ppl here are either too satisfied to care, or don't get any and don't want to. =) |

Delicious. Not usually my colours, but you've made it work. Looks like sharpened-up Frank Miller with an edge of subtlety. (That's a compliment.)
Do you happen to have some more of this? Or like it? I'm a huge fan of this style, and you seem to have it bang on. |

Unfortunately, no....I just recently started trying this style. The technique I use is, as you may have guessed, to use the Polygonal Lasso to outline the form of the figure, dump in a color, and then go back in with the Poly Lasso and cut out the highlights. I've done something similar before with the Polygonal Lasso, but instead of making large flat colored areas, I made hundreds of smaller polygons and airbrushed them to give them gradients...the result was a 3-Dish look. Check out my post "Warrior" for what I'm talking about.
