Well, I do must sketching in Photoshop, here you go, don't mind the background just slapped some lightning on it..

well... i think it could use a bit more work. the green is just a bit too saturated for me. maybe you should try defining the features some more as well. you should also work on the proportions, but then i dont know if your trying to make a realistic head or not. anyways. keep working at it

You really need to fix up the shape of the head..

Maby use a reference.. Draw sn specify the features more clearly.
