Hey all, I thought I would post my latest series from the group board I've been hanging out on. Latest series is just a bunch of nature-type paintings with color experimentation. I think I had a photo ref for all these. Posted in the order I did them:

Don't worry iim, I'm still your true friend!

Comments and all that are appreciated.

Beth

they all have a very nice oil pastale look to them and not computer generated. I realy like the fish and owl. I like the colors on the fish and the owl has some great persanality. I would make the sujestion to try and bring the contrasting colors in the back ground down. Dull out the background a tad and that might bring the bird out some more. Very nice work. You have been buissy.

I'm not to into the top two but that owl and frog are really happening. They show a lot of improvment and skill. Cool stuff.

Weee! Replies!

faustgfx - =):

Ragnarok - Thank you!

Awetopsy - Thank you too!

sacrelicious - And you!

Frost - And you too Frost!

Enayla - Don't tell anyone but I think the froggy is my favorite... *grin*

Jason - Yes I have been busy, I really enjoy doodling on the group board. It keeps me drawing. It has been extra fun doing these colored pieces. *big smile*

Thrush - I'm not as prolific as I'd like to be but thanks.

-Tepox- - Thanks!

Magicman - Hiya! Well, I don't think I spend much time on each one. It varies from picture to picture. I'd say they are all from 15-30 minutes though. I don't pay much attention to the clock though, and even if I did it wouldn't be very accurate because I tend to chat/browse/draw all at once

andskj - One of the best compliments to give a person, I REALLY appreciate it.

eric_morrell - Thank you!

Wiked Ewok - Yeah, there was quite a bit of time between the butterfly and unicorn though. And I just did the sunset the other day. Most of these were done within a week or so I guess? Thanks for letting me have the wonderful compliment again. I love being told I'm improving!

Thou hast been granted a Shiny Folder. (Eh.=)

(Darn, not even. Sorry gal).

But anyway, you should post more often, you have lots of talent!

I love the use of color in your paintings. I hope you continue to do more and improve your already great skill.
