This is as far as i go.
Had no goal with this, just did it.
I messed around with it too much and it turned out too muddy. BLh!
Crits and overpaints welcome.

I've been working alot lately so it's one of the reasons i have'nt posted much lately. It's fun to have the chance to just play around again.

It's been along time! But you haven't lost your touch. The lighting is awesome and I have no constructive crits to give (aside from perhaps there is a TINY bit of lighting missing on the forehead sides and hair - it's all excellent for a quickie!)

You make it look so simple.

It must be fun to produce pic's like these in such a short time.

Q. Do you often impress yourself?
(I think everyone does, I think its what keeps us motivated. I really want to fire this question at everyone, but since I'm here....)

Thanks everyone!
I Have lots of things that i've done, but
i'm not allowed to post them at the moment.

Frost: Thanks, man I took away the light
on the forehead in the last minute. somehow it made the face look cut from the rest of the head. But i'll see whati can do with it.
I agree that the hair could need some more light on the sides.

Joachim: atleast you just sit and draw all day enjoying yourself, while i'm bored to death doing realtime-models:P(INK2, du skjnner hva jeg mener)

Lukias: If i'm doing figuredrawings and i feel things aint going to well, i look at it afterwards it did'nt turn out too bad..But that's not really what motivates me. What motivates me is to look at other talented artists.
Seph:Thanks

I hope i have the time to look at it after work. In that case i'll post a update.
Mikael

Very nice Micke. Love the lighting. Skjnner godt hva du mener. Modellering er litt for kjedelig sammenlignet med tegning.

Hm. Yeah realtime suck! The only things i enjoy in that process is painting the textures for the models:/ But sometimes i get to do some concept art wich is fun

At the risk of being bashed for touching your fine work, I poked around with it a bit. Hopefully I didn't trash it too much...

*Pokes Micke* It's not fair to put a sad smiley face next to a post containing a picture like this...

This picture deserves a big happy

It's got personality

(Edit) I'm stupid.

I'd hate to counter ANY comments by the spoogedemon, but rather...

me thinks modeling is just another way to practice illustration, by getting to know the form. Some of us believe sculpting is the best way/precursor to learn to draw. maybe Mr. Micke has been "sculpting/modeling" and it just shows so well in his efforts.

micke- love your style. yours too, spooge.

Waldo, Please do your own art work!
And Yes, I do think you trashed Micke's
illustration.
