Ouch!
I found an old sketch that I liked and started to paint it. As this style is pretty new to me, any constructive critisism or comments would be helpful. Especially about the use of colors/lighting. |

What can I say, he likes medieval junkfood.
I admit the proportions are a bit odd. The sketch wasn't exactly the best I've done :P

very cool, maybe saturate down the sky a bit and the facial expression of the knight, he looks like he's the one who's afraid and about to run away instead of bashing the other one full of rage =) |

well, the coloring is good and besides the proportion problems i'll point something else that bothered me - the guy who swings the weapon is too static for what he's about to do. he looks like he's standing and the only thing that gives him momentum is his shoulder. hold a stick and immitate this situation and try, like, hitting something and notice your legs and hips and the rotation of your shoulders. u will see that this guys' posture could have been a lot better (legs more apart, torso rotated clockwise and tilted backwards and so on)
keep up the good work
cheers

Thanks for the comments. I should have paid more attention in the sketching stage and made it less static. Well, a lesson learned
