Tried to put some action in that judge person, so it wouldn't be so still and
the victim trying to shrink away from
judgement.

Some detailing was also done more.
Although I like to keep it dirty kinda way.

i dig the atmosphere here eventhough it is quite grim. what i would do is make a focal point in the pict. though. everthing is blurry and there isnt a focus on any one particular subject. pick the judge for example, and sharpen some edges on him and take an extra step with your lighting. lighting is everything in a realistic pict. take the extra step and you will amaze yourself.
