first of all, you should use a biger rez, after dont use blury tools when you want sharp shapes
for example, use thiner brushes for the elashes and eyebrows

but i'm sure this is not the right place for posting this you should choose the "work in progress" section.
oh, and i'm sure you can find a good anatomy book, helps a lot

Sugest coloring the eye a color other than black. Unless of course its the devel witch it just might be. But its coming along nicely.

I think you have much of the anatomy down. But in they eye, were the color is you have somethings that look like blood viens. those should go in the whit part of the eye. I sugest you getting a very hi resolution picter of an eyea balla! cool.
-edit oops, you said to egnor the color and you whanted sugestions on doing eye lashes. YOu might try emailing enyala (she has a name something like that.) Email her and she could probalby give you some good pointeres. Another one to try is Jezabel, she has a pic up around here that looks nice of a girls face with some very pritty green eyes.

Yo bro..kinda nice... bad use of tones and stuff..
As for the hair..try with a dark small brush.. and then work around it.. or.. download the adobe hair tutorial. .or better.. mail me.. I'll mail it to ya
