Cool, i like his jacket, and you've done his stance well, conjuring magic effortlessly!
I think it might look better if he had bigger hair, and if the cloud/smoke stuff was less solid, and maybe glowing, or sparkly!? I dunno...

I like what you've done but I think that with some fine tuning you could make it look even better.
As it is it looks blurry and doesn't have definition to it. Maybe sharpening up some of the detail on the face and the trousers/belt area may help.
The design on the jacket looks like it's not part of it as though it's floating away from the jacket. Adding some depth to the grey of the jacket would sort this out and draw the design back. Hope that makes sense.
And I think that you could either crop the image or add something to the left of the pic as it's looking bare at the moment.

Thanks for your opinions ,

In some parts it looks blurry, true. Mainly
because I worked it in pretty low res.

I have that one as my Windows Background
and I didn't want any disturbing graphics
hiding any of my desktop buttons. Thats why
there is nothing on the left side.

I agree to your other suggestions also and
will try to include these in the newer pics.
