hello. This is a cover that is supposed to be printed on the new issue of Fahrenheit which is a danish semi-underground magazine for comics. All I need to do is to put in the top text and add a bit of dark in the buttom of the pic. wattayathink?

edit> Forgot to mention - sketched in PS and inked in Painter.

Looks cool. Has kind of a Noirish, zombie feel to it. Also reminds me of this old movie I saw "The Time Machine", with the Morlock mutant creatures hiding underground etc. |

If you're gonna be compared with other artists, Mignolia is a good one. Nice image. |

Hey Boom! Very nice pic, bold useage of strong simple shapes and huge dark areas..
I like this a lot, and I also like Mignola's work... It is not a bad thing to have work compared to that guy! Heh.. Have all the Hellboy books now, waiting for more! Been trying to find the movie adaptation book of Bram Stoker's Dracula, where Mignola did some great work too..
Boom, the only thing I would suggest is to maybe lift the lower part with the guy up a little, it seems a crammed a liiitle too close to the lower edge. Not too much though. Am I making sense? Who knows..
Anyway, keep up the great stuff, your work is always enjoyable to watch.
Later,
Christer |

thx, guys.
Sear - thx. Thats what I was aiming for.
Cerbero - thx.
Sock - thx. There are also alot of nice imagery in the mag. You could pick it up because of that?
Zenonithus - I haven't seen that movie, but I was aiming for that underground scary mutant zombie feel.
Sir - yep. My biggest influence.
Ko - Thanks Bo! Been doing any new paintings lately?
Greenpeach - thx.
Christer - thx. Haven't seen you around here for ages. Yes, I will raise the picture a bit, but since I dont know how big the title's going to be I'll do that in the last minute... just to brag abit - I have most of the works he (Mignola) has ever done; even the very old stuff he did for First Comics... Call me a fanboy, if you will
