Hey all,

Thought you might like to see the progress of my comic book...The Phantasm. This is Oaf. He is by the looks of it one of the bad guys. His head is mishapen at the ears cause he is actually a mongoloid. One cool character point is that fold on the top of his head is actually an orafice. It can be opened by his masters to stimulate his adrenaline or his brainpower. Hope you all like it.

Ohh yeh..if anyone wants to help with the comic let me know. I need concept artists and 3D modelers. I don't have anything to pay you just yet but you will get a ton of credit and be part of one of the coolest comics ever made.

but I think you should refine the texture a bit more
he looks kinda blurry
his gingiva is very emphasizing now -how about making it more purple(a very dark one) or grey?

Yah..I did the blurring in photoshop to give it a more real feeling.

I will take your advice on the purple veins That will make him look a tad bit more sickly.

Well, even though I'm conflicted about posting a reply (grr...bring back freetexture...puh lease. ) I'll make an exception.

The character is cool...in fact it'd be great, except as a fan of your art, and of your really unique webpage, I don't think it quite lives up to your other stuff. The veins look a bit odd, and the teeth look very much like a rush job.

Still...its pretty cool. I'd like to see more from this comic
