Hey guys!
I think I promised you that MW4 update on my webpage a year ago. Well, I finally got around to do it. Please visit the gallery section of my site to check it out. There's also a lot to read, if anyone should be interested in some details.
Here's a lil' taste:
This one was painted over a 3D rendering done by Kent Lidke ... the rendering is on my site.
I hope you like it! Oh, and before I forget, also major update in the SCENE section, lotsa old amiga pictures from when 'Loki' was still called 'J.O.E.' ...
Love,
Loki

i dig the palette of colors... its like earth toned warriorsl. like robots with a tan. and the steps and the lovely clouds in the BG... i know nothing about this Mechwarriorstuff but i can imagine so much from this image of confrontation. |

Really neat! I like the rough weathered effect on the surface of the robots. |

Heeey! It's time to celebrate! Mass nuclear addon on da loki's page!!! My poor 28800 connection... let's dance!
Well that's funny cuz today a friend of mine show me an intro movie from MW3 so i have a chance to compare... hehe... don't know who was animate mechs in mw3 (maybe another evil disney animator ) but both of intros full of drama. Maybe mw4 have more dynamics and action shots.
My biggest disappointment was the quality. No, your work is stunning as usual, but DiVX (read mpeg4) kills everything. So only on your shots i see how kewl they are. These little details... dents and scratches... Sure now i can goto heaven or London.
Oh and yes, the storyboards... now i see how crappy i paint my story - you've missed the band of mechas landed on forum in Dec/Jan.
peace,

Thanks for the warm reception, guys!
I'm especially happy that you guys like the info on my site, because you are exactly who I made it for. I don't think that there are a lot of sites like mine. Yes, of course there are tutorials and step by steps, but I like to focus more on the 'esoterics' of things.
Thanks again and wait for the next update

Hey, thought I'd let you know I really enjoyed looking at your old stuff. I like that style, it brings back memories of the games I used to play as a kid. Also Reminds of the graphics I made (in a program I wrote in Qbasic) for the little adventure games I programmed in Qbasic back when I was in highschool. Only your graphics are better of course ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |
