OK, this one goes way back. I was sitting at my desk one day at work and was totally possesed with this feeling and had to capture it on the paper. The drawing was quickly done with a black prismacolor pencil. What I think I captured was a power thing...difficult to explain. This is a color copy from a xerox. Don't know what happened to the original. Ed--

Ed, I think this is my favorite one of yours that you have posted. Reminds me of the Conan comcis I used to read, but for some reason it also makes me think of some of Moebius' stuff...the line work looks....uh...french. Anyway, I love this! |

Ha! Oui? I was in France for 5 months in '93 before coming back to da States later that year.Yeah, that was such a good experience for me. I would suggest to anyone to travel to Europe to experience it. Very perceptive you are....Ed-- |

Oh Mon, not ugly stick! Huh, I guess from the angle one can mistake it for something "other"(?) It took me about an hour maybe? Ed-- |

Ed, that's BITCHIN, definitely captured the moment. Reminds me a lot of Road Warrior, but the armor is too old school.
Very nice pic, I really like the black color pencil, they produce a really nice effect.

The helmet is my favoutite !!!
Looks really interesting !!!
The only "bad" point that bugs me about you characters (I have seen this one,the ciborg girl and the saw blade) is that, despite they are very well rendered, they feel too sticky because they have a too linear pose, they havent any rythm.
I hope keep on seeing so many post of you !!!
Postholic !!!
Sempere.

What happened? I thought I posted a reply but I don't see it. Anyway, yeah the poses are up and down - vertical. I do have some horizontal poses, some arc's and curves. I'm not going to post anything for a week - a promise to myself really. Or I would post those drawings. It's just that I became too addicted with the site thanks to y'all interesting bunch...it makes it fun. But, I will post in a week. Hell, I may even do some new ones during my sabatical... Ed-- |
