Aie! Pinocchio does Hallowe'en.... Looks like he's been telling a lot of lies.
If you don't mind, a few suggestions....
1. Looks like you've used a lot of airbrush + smudge. It needs a bit more definition. Don't be shy with the highlights and shadows, and a few hard edges couldn't hurt either.
2. The foreground + background are in the same focus. Blur one or the other, not both.
3. A few more details could bring this from the realm of the merely good to the realm of "Wow! Brilliant! Wish I'd thought of that!"
I'm not trying to be cruel, though. It's great for a 1st attempt.

Sorry about the above, I'll comment.
Very good picture if its your first. I see you are getting lighting down good enough!.. Its hard to make enviroments and do light effects. I really like hwo the leaves stand out, crisp and clear, My eyes were drawn towards them and it created motion for me, as if the leaves were really falling. It had that effect on me. Keep up the good work! |
