Wrong with it?

Erm there is nothing wrong with it! Strikes me that you've done a good job here. It isn't 100% like the original, somehow you've tipped the head forwards slightly, and the shading is rather sketchy... but to me the features all look correct is location, proportion and number...

If there was something specific you were woried about then say, otherwise sit back feel pleased with yourself, and then get on with the next thing!

ok....ill give a crack at this.

1) his forehead is a bit large...take a look at the top of his head relative to his glasses/eyebrow area.

2) Drew's face is very pear shaped...you seemed to have given him a good weight loss program on the lower face

3) stop looking at his features...and draw from the lines. This is what one of my professors told us all the time when drawing things. Draw what you see and not what you think you see. Dont get caught up in his facial features. If you see only his lines and follow them then the features will naturally come out.

Its not bad at all..just giving some advice. Keep practicing...oh and get that book Drawing from the Right Side of the brain. There are a lot of principles in that book that can help with all types of drawing.

Thank you both!

Yeah, after looking at the scanned image and the original picture side by side. He is to skinny. I had to draw him in a large perspective and well, I'm not very good at that.

He is a bit sketchy looking (I missed the outlines, I don't know how). I'll work on that.
