1)very pretty. i dont smoke, but if i ever did it would be through my mouth, not wrist, but... each man and his own religion.
2)i would add contrast on the top of the hand. brighter lines to emphesys the hand.
3)the thumb should finish just on the tip of the thumb nail. it goes too much beyond. and it should not me as shrap like the other fingers.
but i like it. i really do.
