Hey a buddy of mine did this with a mouse in a couple hours. Just got him a Wacom, can't wait to see the new stuff..Check it:

very pretty!
4 things -
1)the stomach should be sharper. the abs are too blurry
2)it's not clear weather the figure is comming out of myst or water but if it's water than maybe some drops falling from the raised arm will be in place, and if it's a myst or a fog than maybe smoke falling from the stomach can add something.
3)the ear can be more anatomically currect
4)with the wacom tablet the tips and roots of the hair can be much much better, even though it's good as it is
