I know you guys prefer more 2D images, but would like to know what you think of this piece. The lighting was done in Photoshop and is really the focal point that needs crits please. It is my first attempt at lightrays or beams.
:Edit: I guess it would be easier to crit with the image available.

| I like the picture, except for a few things. It is almost painfully obvious that each of the maze elements is just a copy of the one next to it. Also, each element doesn't appear to have an exit that leads to the surrounding cubes. But I really like the idea of the image. (I know, I didn't comment on the lightbeams like you asked but I couldn't think of anything.) |
