looks too smudgy in most areas, other than the eyes and mouth, and that makes it look wierd. try defining it a bit more, and give it some bumps and scratches It's a good pic though, i like the foot in front!

Heh. looked incomplete because of the pants. Well anyway, try not to use the dodge tool for highlights. Just choose a lighter shade of grey and brush it in manually. Looks great though, you may want to add some more of a dance background.
