Very nice! I like it alot!
The left arm seems a bit out of proportion just below the wrist, though I'm not an expert on anatomy I could be wrong. |

Me likes!
One thing you might consider is putting a highlight in the eyes. It's so dark and sad right now... *sniffs* But I dunno, maybe you intended for it to be like that

I think this is a beautiful piece of work. I like the colors, and the simplicty. The pose is nice too.
I think this picture can handle more contrast. Maybe it looks a little dead now? Then again, that's actually pretty cool...
