I like it, but it seems a bit shiny, too many bright spots IMHO.

If you look at it with your eyes half-closed and out of focus the pic totally loses it's form. Try to darken the background and separate it from the characters. Try also to render the characters as a whole rather than the individual muscles.

Hope this helps, re-post I'd like to see it.

The bright spots are from lasers and lights etc , but I see your point, I was going for bright 'n' sparkly. I dont really wanna darken the background (even tho' it would make 'em stand out more) because I wanted atmosphere, lights, colours, confusion, etc, kinda hard on the eyes thanks for your comments tho'

Would you consider doing this picture in an anime 'cell painting' style later and see how it compares to the current one?

I think your coloring with a mouse is exceptionaly good.

Good technique, but it makes my eyes sore. How about toning down the background? Perhaps adding a pyrimid and/or dunes.
Right now it seems so busy and the characters don't stand out very much as is.

`What sort of people live about here?' asked Alice.

`In that direction,' the Cat said, waving its right paw round, `lives a Hatter: and in that direction,' waving the other paw, `lives a March Hare. Visit either you like: they're both mad.'

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.

`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad...'

G'day Psionic, always love having a little look at your work as you style with colours is just a little different from most. I really like the background and the female is coloured quite well. The thing that jumps out at me is that the colouring looks a little blurry and needs to be a little bit sharper. I also think there is just way too much happening with the colours on the guys skin. They just seem a little random, could be sharper and possibly use colours that compliment one another a little bit. At the moment they seem a little hard on the eye. Still a nice job

Thanks for the crit, but its a disco, loads of crazy coloured lights and confusion, thats why I have used crazy shading and tints and too much going on to give that rave/party feeling.
