hrhr, the pic looks quite cool...

but some crits:
the cigar looks as it is 'pasted' on his mouth. you should open his mouth a little bit and correct the part where the cigar meets his mouth
also the smoke is a way to solid, i think

and if you ask me, this sweet little wings can't carry this fat angel imho, hehe

but nevertheless, cute pic...
