I knoticed that there's not much in 3D imagery so, I'm posting an old image that I did few years ago that I touched up recently. Feedbacks are welcome...Ed---

here you go... damn it's nice
I love the design, real flimsy but powerfull at the same time although the head kind of turns me off
what's it done in?

Funny creature, Ed. I like it. I also like the mood in the rendering. I don't know about the five "pins" sticking out on the side, though.. They look a little.. cheap. Try work out a better shape to put there.

Great job!
Some areas on the creature seem flat, or maybe they are too reflective. Mainly the surfaces on the arms. I'm partial to rusty and dirty surfaces though
You have some hotspots that draw alot of attention to the mid section of the body. Those "S" shaped things on the side(just above the hip on our left side (it's right) seem to be too intense with all that light hitting them. Same with the "pegs" in the arm and leg.
It's just confusing looking right now, I want to see all that detail, but I can't because of all the fog and hot spots.
Then again, it's late and my eyes are about to bleed from looking into this monitor all day and night
I would love to see some different views of this, some wild modeling going on! Very inspiring. |

Looks good. They should have used that in 5th Element instead of those dopey bird creatures.

yeah, I too remember seeing this one. Looks awesome. THe design is very different, ..and I think because of the colors and atmospheric feeling of it, it's in some strange feeling very believable....hmm, hard to explain what I feel, but I tried to give a compliment
Would love to see some more of your stuff. 2d or 3d, doesn't matter

That's a neato creature. I like it's thin-formed limbs - makes it look skeletal without being a human skeleton (like the Terminator) ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

I like the picture. Good atmosphere and mood. I'm sure that if you posed him in something more interesting than a basic stance, and threw in an odd camera angle it would be a great pic.
