The first woman looks really masculine. I guess you should rework her chin. It's too huge... Her whole lower jaw should maybe move up a bit.

the 2nd picture has a nice shape to her face, but her nose is off. it looks like it really bends down, and lips lok a lil too small.. nice job with the hair though..
