nice job, i can see the likeness, but it seems a bit flat, add more colors and use the paint to define the forms of her face better..

nice work.

jewel kilcher is really good looking and she can sing, but she is very arrogant too (if you have seen some interviews with her). at least that was my impression of her.

pic wise: you could make her lips a bit fuller for full sensous impact
