I saw this girl's photo in a Wella Koleston hair dye pamphlet. I felt she was very beautiful, and so I drew her in pencil on an A4 paper. Later I colored her using my newly bought UC-Logic tablet.


The picture I used for reference was quite small. Only two-third the size of a normal wallet.

Cool pic, I like portrait stuff
The hair is pretty nice, like Gtech said, and overall it's a nice pic. But one thing, her face seems a little flat. Maybe you could try to make it look a bit more rounded and try adding some more soft shading around the edges of the face.

Good stuff though, I really like it

The hair took the most out of my time because I tried to draw every strand possible.


For this pic, I tried to give it a 'soft' look. I think I'll add some more colors to it to define her face more later to see how it looks.


I am thinking of being more creative and artistic in the next picture that I'll do and do less 'reference' pics.

Het man, the hair looks really good, impressive stuff. I agree with the face being flat, maybe u should try to do something about it. Besides that, its really nice man
