I like the wings and the shading on his chest and leg. but as you stated, kinda an odd looking big dude.

i like the wings on the guy at the bottom and his pose.... the only thing with his pose though is that he right leg is outta whack, good pose just bad anatomy, its much to big. and the anatomy of the larger guy is off as well. you should color it, im sure it would look great

I think appearance matters most. If a character has perfect anatomy or not should not matter in my oppinion as much as the overall feel of the picture.
