Heres something i was playing around with, its suppose to be mountains n fog n water. Anyway i could make it look a little better?

You should use bigger brushes with low ( 5-10 ) opasity.
Look at reference and choose right colors.
That means: do not paint with such bright/different and saturatede colors.
Delet the brown and white color in the wood (?)
Hmm, I think I see three (?) trees.
If you paint 100 of them the picture will get ALOT more quality. TRY IT !!!

Hmm, practise and then practise again.
But have fun with all you do/paint/draw or whatever.

Learn how to paint atmosphere!...I'll take this directly from my basic design book

This is really more for general clear-day atmosphere but can be useful for some foggy scenes...because in a dense fog scene your not going to be able to see objects in the distance at all....I only mentioned it because in your scene you can see pretty far.

fog in the mountains...I think it tends to collect lower to the ground and if your on a hill or something you can see it.
