Nice start. The head is kind of big, but anatomy is out of the question, 'cause the dudes got horns, so guess he's not human. Other than that the shading is well done, but on a personal level, I'd add harsher highlights (like white) to give it more contrast.
I just learned a new (or old) tip (I've been drawing for 10 years and haven't improved a bit to learn the most basic of tips), but add some blue to the shadows to give it more volume. Though your shading is fine.
Other than that, the dude looks bad-ass.
