Hi there,
I'm working on this scene from the motion picture.
I think it's very hard to clean my scetch, now I'm going on with the buckler and the face. I'm intrestet in C&C exp. in perspectiv help.

Hmm, the head seems off somehow. Maybe its because you can't see the top of it, but the shape if it seems weird.
Also, his arm is totally muscle-free dude, pump him up
Also, the roundness of the shield bugs me, it should be more clean not strangely bent. |

You need to do a lot of anatomy work - study that Loomis, do lots of life drawing. STUDY STUDY STUDY anatomy. Say, that's good advice for me too :] Anyway, on the rendered version, just remember your light source, where its coming from in 3d space, and trace the shadows. Or just eyeball it convincingly, whichever. My render turned out to be the ugliest thing I've done in years, but maybe you'll find something in it you like. Bleh. Just focus on anatomy for now.

Thnx for your reply, and yes I'm learning, but its a hard way. Anyway no one said that's easy.
Ok, I will do some harder work an the anatomy, and I will add some color.
