Good picture! It looks a bit blurry though.
You really captured the expression.
Things I would change...
The hair is darker here and you can see her neck in the ref pic...

Try to make the eyeball look ... rounder!?
I don't know what to do about it but the hair looks kind off chaotic.

I agree with andyTs suggestions.
As for the hair, try to draw it as a mass rather than individual strands. Try not to draw too many strands as sometimes it can get out of control, use more masses and block in the hair to suggest and hint at its composition. Let the viewer fill in the rest of the visual information themselves.

| Cheers guys, I have wanted to start a personal program to do a peice a day. Either finals or speed paintings. This one took on and off again a few hours. I will work more on this one today and add in your suggestions. As for the hair, you know how you get over anxious to finish something, thats what happened. |
